Thank you for shopping with Shine Free Skin LLC. We aim to make delivery simple, transparent, and reliable. Below you’ll find our full shipping details.
Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) are processed the next business day.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.
- United States: Typically 7–12 business days.
- International: Typically 10–20 business days (varies by destination and customs).
Note: These are estimates. Carrier delays, weather events, customs inspections, and peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may extend delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email after checkout and a Shipping Confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
- Please allow 2–4 business days after dispatch for tracking to update on the carrier’s system.
Multiple Item Orders
- To ensure faster delivery, items may ship from different partner warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
- You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment when applicable.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
- If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, we’ll display the expected ship window on the product page and/or your order confirmation.
- Your full order may ship together or in parts depending on availability.
Shipping Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/suite numbers).
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or restricted addresses where prohibited by carriers.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping costs.
- Customs processes may extend delivery timelines.
Delivery Issues
- Lost/Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed beyond the estimates, please contact us—we’re happy to help liaise with the carrier.
- Marked “Delivered” but Not Received: Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- We start processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at info@shinefreeskin.com within 12 hours of placing it.
- Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the address or cancel it.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and carrier.
- Any promotional “Free Shipping” offers will be clearly displayed on the site and/or at checkout.
