Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email: info@shinefreeskin.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • We’ll provide a replacement or full refund once verified.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@shinefreeskin.com to request a return authorization.
  2. We’ll share the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval using a trackable method.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and final sale items.
  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
