Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email: info@shinefreeskin.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
- We’ll provide a replacement or full refund once verified.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@shinefreeskin.com to request a return authorization.
- We’ll share the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval using a trackable method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, digital downloads, and final sale items.
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
