Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Devices: unused, in original packaging — eligible for full refund. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
• Skincare products (serums): unopened and unused within 30 days — eligible for refund.
• Opened skincare products: eligible only if defective or caused a documented adverse reaction.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: full refund or replacement within 1 business day. No return required. Just send a photo.

90-Day Device Warranty

All Shine Free Skin electronic devices include a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects including failure to power on, LED function failure, and charging port defects. Email us with your order number and description of the issue.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
